ABOUT ME
I am a woman, a dentist, an academic instructor and a program manager at KEDIVIM of EKPA. In my professional career, I have always had many roles to fulfill. In addition, I have always been interested in satisfying them with the highest degree of performance. It took me long, however, to realize that not everything needs to be done perfectly but only those which gives us joy and satisfies us on a deeper level. So after I went through a universal work burnout and was forced to close my private practice after 23 years of continuous and intensive operation, I decided to dedicate my personal and academic development in sharing knowledge that is not being taught in university classrooms. Topics like time and stress management for healthcare professionals and how to strengthen the physical, emotional and mental intelligence of colleagues with the aim of sustainability (human and business). This is why I founded the Coaching Spirit Gallery. '
My vision is to create a community of health professionals with a holistic philosophy who manage their own health as seriously as they care for their patients and use all their talents to fulfill their deepest purpose in life.
My principle is "people that have been take care of, can take better care of others." Values that I live by are self-care, acceptance of others, sharing, honesty in communication and excellence in the sense of self-awareness and the fulfillment of all the talents with which we are endowed.

Dr. Maria Antoniadou is responsible for the course "Application of the humanities and basic principles of Coaching in Dentistry" which she designed and the course "Dental practice organization and management" at the School of Dentistry of EKPA. She is still an academic and scientific manager in his continuing education dental programs KEDIVIM of EKPA. She has a wealth of articles on dental office organization and management and has finally written the books "Applying humanities and coaching principles to the health sciences" and "Quality Management in Health Services - The Dental Quality Model". "Materiam superabat opus". In this book, which is a research monograph, he discusses the subject of Quality Management in health services and more specifically quality management in dental services.
